Babysitter Needed - Now Hiring

I wfh part time and I need someone to watch my baby for a few hours once a week so I can attend Zoom meetings. My baby is going through the 4 month sleep regression so we are struggling with naps. Someone with experience getting babies used to falling sleep without being held would be amazing!! We request that anyone around our tiny baby be up to date on their vaccinations. We have no pets and are a low/no fragrance household.
