Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Were looking for a compassionate and patient after school care provider to support our 9-year-old son with autism and speech delays. Were looking to create a play-based learning environment to help him develop social interaction, expressive communication, and receptive language skills. Responsibilities: Plan and facilitate engaging, structured play activities; Use different methods to support communication; Create a safe and encouraging environment tailored to his needs, Communicate openly with us (the parents) about progress and challenges. Qualifications: Experience with children who have autism or speech delays and play-based learning and social-emotional development.
