Babysitter Needed

We are looking for a nanny that can start part time (about 20 hours a week) and potentially increase hours over time. Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience with infants and toddlers, and excellent long term references. We seek to build a long term relationship with a person who is loving, responsible, patient, enjoys being outside and helping children learn and stay on schedule, and who is willing to also do some light housekeeping (load dishes, run to the market) when baby is sleeping. We strongly prefer someone who is fine not being on their phone regularly. We hope as our family grows this person can stay with us long term and take on more hours and responsibilities.
