Join PJ's Coffee of Commons at Lake Olympia as a Store Manager/Supervisor, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to serving the finest coffee in Missouri City, TX. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and product quality.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase store traffic and sales.
• Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and budget management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
• Foster a positive work culture that emphasizes teamwork and employee development.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles in the food and beverage industry.
• Certified Food Managers certificate or ability to obtain one within 60 days of hire - we cover the cost
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer and staff interactions.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Passion for coffee and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in management are a plus.
