Concrete Finisher - Now Hiring

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Concrete Finisher and Laborer to support our concrete operations. This role plays a key part in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to specification while working as part of a team-oriented job site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned concrete and construction-related tasks safely and efficiently
• Follow OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and site-specific rules
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, crew members, and other trades
• Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment appropriate to the role
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Report hazards, incidents, or near misses immediately
• Commercial flatwork and wall finishing.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions (English or Spanish)
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work in outdoor and construction environments
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concrete or construction experience
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Experience working on commercial construction sites

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on feet for extended periods
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions
• Ability to safely perform repetitive tasks and use required PPE
