Frontline Source Group is partnering with a fast-paced, patient-first dental practice in Abilene, Texas to find a General Dentist who wants full clinical autonomy, built-in mentorship from multiple doctors, and a defined path to practice ownership.
This isn't an associate position with a dead end. The practice actively encourages and supports associates toward ownership and they back it up with one of the most aggressive compensation and bonus packages in the region. New graduates are not just accepted they're welcomed and mentored from day one. Compensation & Bonuses

• Annual Earning Potential: $250,000$300,000 (production-based)
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $40,000
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $10,000
• Rent Stipend: Up to $1,000 per month
• Continuing Education: $2,000 annually
• Total Bonus Package: Up to $50,000 in combined sign-on and relocation bonuses
