Job Description:\n\nPosition Overview\nTACFI Consulting, LLC is seeking experienced Air Force, Air National Guard, Department of Defense, and Security Forces professionals for multiple full-time analyst positions supporting the National Guard Bureau, Air National Guard Security Forces Division (NGB/A4S).\nThese positions will provide enterprise-level analytical, programmatic, operational, readiness, resource, equipment, force protection, compliance, and technical support to Air National Guard Security Forces units and leadership.\n\nTACFI is recruiting for the following six functional specialties:\n\nRequirements & Equipment Senior Analyst\nProgramming & Resources Analyst\nAntiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst\nDefensive Base Operations / ESS & IT Analyst\nCompliance & Workflow Analyst\nReadiness Analyst\n\nThese positions are all contingent on contract award\n\nCandidates do not need to qualify for all six functional areas. Applicants will be considered for the position or positions that best align with their professional background, Security Forces experience, technical expertise, and applicable systems knowledge.\n\nGeneral Responsibilities\nDepending on the position, selected personnel will be responsible for:\n\nProviding analytical and program-management support to ANG Security Forces programs.\nReviewing and supporting development of policies, procedures, instructions, guidance, and program documentation.\nCollecting, reconciling, validating, analyzing, and reporting operational and program data.\nIdentifying trends, deficiencies, capability gaps, compliance issues, and recommended corrective actions.\nPreparing reports, briefings, presentations, visualizations, recommendations, and other Government deliverables.\nMaintaining functional-area continuity books and program documentation.\nSupporting equipment, manpower, funding, readiness, force protection, technology, and other Security Forces program requirements.\nCoordinating with NGB functional managers, ANG field units, MAJCOMs, Headquarters Air Force, the Air Force Security Forces Center, and other DoD stakeholders.\nSupporting working groups, meetings, conferences, assessments, site visits, and training activities.\nPreparing After-Action Reports and other required program documentation.\nManaging multiple Government taskers and suspense requirements.\nMaintaining required Government information-system access.\nTraveling to ANG, USAF, Government, or commercial locations when authorized.\n\nAvailable Functional Areas\n1. Requirements & Equipment Senior Analyst\nThis position supports ANG Security Forces equipment requirements, logistics, acquisition support, policy, equipment authorization, fielding, and lifecycle-management activities.\nRelevant experience includes:\n\nANG or Air Force Security Forces equipment and requirements programs.\nDevelopment and maintenance of Security Forces equipment policy and guidance.\nEquipment authorization, accountability, fielding, tracking, and sustainment.\nWeapons and optics authorizations.\nVehicles, modular ranges, force-protection equipment, and related Security Forces assets.\nUnfunded Requirement (UFR) review and compliance.\nGovernment market research.\nIndependent Government Cost Estimate (IGCE) development.\nTest & Evaluation (T&E) coordination.\nGovernment requirements documentation, including IDIQ/BPA support.\nEquipment-delivery tracking and discrepancy resolution.\nSharePoint and Microsoft Teams administration.\nCoordination with ANG units, MAJCOMs, Headquarters Air Force, AFSFC, AFRC, and other stakeholders.\n\nExperience with ARIS, ELMS, DLA FedMall, TLS, and/or PIEE is highly desirable.\n\n2. Programming & Resources Analyst\nThis position supports ANG Security Forces programming, budgeting, manpower, resource allocation, financial analysis, Program Objective Memorandum development, and execution monitoring.\nRelevant experience includes:\n\nDoD, Air Force, or ANG programming and budgeting.\nResource management and financial analysis.\nManpower analysis.\nOperations & Maintenance (O&M) funding.\nMILPERS execution.\nProgram Objective Memorandum (POM) development.\nUnfunded Requirements.\nResource tracking, distribution, and accountability.\nSite Activation Task Force (SATAF) actions.\nSecurity Forces equipment and technology funding.\nGovernment contract-support activities.\nMid-year manpower reviews.\nQuarterly financial or resource status reporting.\nCoordination with NGB Functionals, ANG Corporate Process, MAJCOMs, HAF, and AFSFC.\n\nExperience with Envision, Power BI, PBES, PDS, Checkbook, IBDSS, and/or SATAF processes is highly desirable.\n\n3. Antiterrorism / Force Protection Senior Analyst\nThis position provides enterprise-level support to ANG Antiterrorism, Force Protection, Physical Security, Mission Assurance, vulnerability-assessment, and threat-management programs.\nRelevant experience includes:\n\nDoD, Air Force, or ANG Antiterrorism/Force Protection programs.\nSecurity Forces AT/FP operations and program management.\nAntiterrorism Plan development or review.\nPhysical Security.\nThreat analysis.\nMission Assurance.\nVulnerability assessments.\nEnterprise or Mission Assurance Risk Management.\nStaff Assistance Visits.\nAntiterrorism compliance monitoring.\nIdentification and analysis of program deficiencies and trends.\nAT Level II training.\nCoordination with command posts, Threat Working Groups, senior leadership, MAJCOMs, and Headquarters Air Force.\nSupport to JMAA, DTRA, AFNORTH, or similar organizations and activities.\n\nExperience with MICT, LEEP/e-Guardian, AFJIS, EPRM, MARMS, the Mission Assurance System of Record, JMAA, and/or DTRA assessments is highly desirable.\n\n4. Defensive Base Operations / ESS & IT Analyst\nThis position supports ANG Security Forces Defensive Base Operations, Electronic Security Systems, physical-security technology, IT, cybersecurity authorization, system lifecycle management, and Counter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems programs.\nRelevant experience includes:\n\nElectronic Security Systems (ESS).\nIntrusion Detection Systems (IDS).\nIntegrated Base Defense Security Systems.\nDefensive Base Operations.\nSecurity Forces physical-security technologies.\nSystem inventory and configuration management.\nIT and cybersecurity requirements.\nAuthority to Operate (ATO) processes.\nNIST Risk Management Framework (RMF).\nSystem fielding and lifecycle management.\nCounter-small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (C-sUAS).\nGovernment market research.\nIGCE development.\nTest & Evaluation.\nTechnical requirements analysis.\nReview of Government program or system contracts.\nDevelopment of findings, recommendations, and Courses of Action.\nSecurity technology acquisition and sustainment.\n\nExperience with ESS, IDS, IBDSS, C-sUAS, ATO, NIST RMF, 10 U.S.C. § 130i authorities, IGCE development, and Government technology programs is highly desirable.\n\n5. Compliance & Workflow Analyst\nThis position provides compliance, inspection, staff-action, workflow, information-management, analytical, and process-improvement support to the ANG Security Forces Division.\nRelevant experience includes:\n\nDoD, Air Force, or ANG inspection and compliance programs.\nSecurity Forces inspections.\nCorrective Action Plans.\nHeadquarters staff-action management.\nWorkflow management.\nInformation management.\nOrganizational process improvement.\nCollection and analysis of statistical data.\nData reconciliation and validation.\nQA/QC.\nData visualization and analytical reporting.\nIdentification of trends, gaps, deficiencies, and corrective actions.\nTracking Government taskers and suspense requirements.\nDevelopment of performance metrics.\nPreparation of monthly and annual program reviews.\n\nExperience with IGEMS, MICT, TMT, EMS, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, data visualization, workflow management, and/or inspection programs is highly desirable.\n\n6.
