TDL Staffing is seeking an experienced Grant Writer / Business Development Specialist to support the continued growth of a dynamic Fairbanks organization. In this impactful role, you'll research funding opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, and successfully manage grants from application through reporting while collaborating with leadership to secure resources that support long-term organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify public and private grant funding opportunities that align with organizational goals
- Write, develop, edit, and submit competitive grant proposals, applications, budgets, narratives, and supporting documentation
- Manage awarded grants by tracking reporting deadlines, compliance requirements, documentation, and award timelines
- Collaborate with leadership to develop funding strategies and support business development initiatives
- Prepare grant budgets, narratives, and supporting documentation for grant applications
- Maintain organized records of grant activity, awards, funding opportunities, and reporting obligations
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience researching funding opportunities, writing successful grant proposals, and managing grants through reporting and compliance
- Business development, fundraising, or organizational growth experience
- Strong writing, editing, research, organizational, and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with leadership and team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Background screening is part of the hiring process
