About the Role:Direct Enterprise LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales Manager/Residential Energy Sales Consultant to join our growing team.. Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads for residential energy solutions through door-to-door, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer energy needs and present tailored solutions
• Drive the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing and customer onboarding
• Mentor, coach, and manage a team of energy sales consultants to meet and exceed targets
• Track sales performance metrics and report on pipeline activity and revenue forecasts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive referrals and repeat business
• Stay current on residential energy products, market trends, and competitive offerings

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring a sales team
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
