Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Location: 5 days a week onsite in Alexandria, VA

Job Type:  3-month contract

Compensation: $30.00 - $33.00 / Hourly / W2

Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Position Summary

Job Description:

· Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

· 2-4 years of IT support or technical support experience.

· CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.

· Experience supporting PC hardware, software, system applications, and general IT operations.

· Ability to troubleshoot and work with IT tools, peripherals, and related equipment.

· Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and manuals.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

· Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships.
