Service Advisor

The Service Advisor is an important part of our front office and serves as the main point of communication between our customers and technicians.

This position includes greeting customers, answering phones and messages, scheduling appointments, writing repair orders, preparing estimates, explaining recommended repairs, obtaining approvals, and keeping customers updated throughout the repair process.

You’ll also help manage the daily flow of vehicles through the shop, communicate clearly with technicians, follow up on declined or recommended work, collect payments, schedule future services, and make sure customers receive a professional and positive experience from the time they contact us until their vehicle is picked up.

We’re looking for someone who is professional, dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable talking with customers, able to multitask, and willing to learn. Previous automotive or service-writing experience is a plus, but strong customer service skills, communication, and a good work ethic are extremely important.
