Quality Line Inspector - Livermore

Job Title: Quality Line Inspector
Location: Livermore, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

About the Role:
We are seeking a Quality Line Inspector to ensure safe, high-quality products through in-process inspections, equipment calibration, sanitation audits, and documentation review. You will work closely with production teams to uphold GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect production lines, materials, packaging, and finished goods

• Perform GMP, hygiene, and sanitation audits

• Calibrate test equipment and verify batch accuracy

• Monitor allergen control, ATP testing, and microbiological sampling

• Document nonconformities and ensure corrective actions are taken

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED required; college degree preferred

• 1–2 years in quality or production environment (food/pharma preferred)

• Knowledge of cGMPs, HACCP, and Allergen Control strongly preferred

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:
Combination of warehouse and office settings; exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and allergens. PPE required.
