Warehouse Technician

Job Title: Warehouse Technician Location: Arvada, CO Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $21-22 per hour Work Model: Onsite – onsite Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

• Assist in the stocking and unstocking of warehouse inventory to ensure efficient organization and accessibility.
• Manage sample disposal processes, adhering to safety and regulatory guidelines.
• Oversee the handling of thousands of containers, ensuring proper tracking and management based on client-specific timelines (30-90 days).
• Operate machinery, such as crushers, to securely destroy labels and dispose of samples in compliance with disposal protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and safely used.

Requirements

• Experience working manual labor such as landscaping, construction, warehouse, etc.
• Ability to handle different chemical smells and wear PPE (hearing protection, lab coat, gloves, glasses) when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical activities including sitting, standing, and lifting.
• Must be able to work onsite and follow SOPs for safety around chemicals and samples.
• No forklift experience required; training for electric pallet jack provided onsite.
• Must be able to work in dusty/dirt environments with unpleasant smells.
• High school diploma or equivalent (HSD).
