Position Summary

The Associate Wealth Advisor is an experienced member of our wealth advisory team, partnering with senior Wealth Advisors to deliver comprehensive planning, investment guidance, and an exceptional client experience.

This individual will take meaningful ownership of financial planning and client-service responsibilities, lead portions of client meetings, serve as a day-to-day resource for select relationships, and help identify and implement planning opportunities. The ideal candidate is a CFP® professional with strong wealth-management experience who is ready for increasing client and advisory responsibility while continuing to work closely with senior advisors.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Advisory Support

  • Partner with senior Wealth Advisors to manage and support relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families.
  • Prepare for, participate in, and lead portions of client meetings; document recommendations and drive follow-up to completion.
  • Develop and update comprehensive financial plans, analyses, and client presentations, including recommendations across multiple planning disciplines.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable day-to-day resource for select clients, responding to planning, portfolio, and account-related needs.
  • Coordinate with investment, tax, estate, insurance, and other professionals to support integrated client advice and implementation.
  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive, thoughtful, proactive, and technically sound advice.

Financial Planning & Relationship Management

  • Gather and analyze complex client financial information, goals, cash flows, estate considerations, and planning needs.
  • Develop and support planning across retirement, cash flow, investments, tax, estate, insurance, charitable giving, and other wealth-management considerations.
  • Proactively monitor client plans and portfolios, identify planning opportunities or risks, and elevate recommendations to senior advisors as appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively across the firm to ensure recommendations are implemented accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with firm standards and fiduciary responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, financial planning, economics, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial planning, investment advisory, or a closely related financial-services environment, including meaningful experience working with high-net-worth clients.
  • Active CFP® certification required.
  • Active Series 65 license required.
  • Strong working knowledge of comprehensive financial planning, investment concepts, tax-aware planning, estate planning, retirement planning, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Experience with eMoney, Salesforce, Orion, Addepar, and major custodian platforms is strongly preferred.

Why Join Us?

  • Join a collaborative team committed to thoughtful advice and exceptional client service.
  • Work directly with experienced Wealth Advisors and high-net-worth families.
  • Apply your CFP® expertise and wealth-management experience while continuing to grow into greater client ownership and advisory responsibility.
  • Build a long-term career in wealth management with opportunities for professional growth.
  • Receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
  • Join a growing advisory team where technical excellence, collaboration, and exceptional client service are valued.
