Pay: $25-28.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
Hours: 20 hours/week

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Part-Time HR Associate to support temporary direct-labor staffing and workforce operations at our Morrisville manufacturing facility.
This position will assist with the full temporary associate lifecycle, including staffing coordination, onboarding, workforce fulfillment, and offboarding. The ideal candidate will be organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while coordinating with staffing agencies, hiring managers, and temporary employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staffing needs and workforce requirements with third-party staffing agencies.
- Assist with sourcing, screening, and staffing temporary direct-labor employees.
- Maintain communication with staffing partners to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Coordinate onboarding activities, including new-hire paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.
- Support temporary employee placement and workforce scheduling activities.
- Assist with offboarding processes and ensure required documentation and procedures are completed accurately and on time.
- Partner with hiring managers and staffing agencies to address staffing needs and workforce changes.
- Maintain accurate employee and staffing records.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team as needed.
- Help identify staffing gaps and support efforts to maintain adequate workforce coverage.
Education
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent recruiting, staffing, or HR experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, or administrative support.
- Experience working with temporary staffing agencies or contingent labor is preferred.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, or other light-industrial environments is a plus.
- Experience coordinating onboarding, scheduling, or workforce fulfillment is preferred.
