The Little Gym of Summerville is seeking a Weekend Assistant Gym Director. This individual will assist with gym operations, building and retaining a strong member-base, teaching amazing classes (leading by example), and providing a world class customer experience. 
 
The Assistant Gym Director is currently a part-time position, approximately 15 - 20 hours per week. Availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and some Friday evenings is required.
 
 Job Description:

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (certifications are not required - we’ll teach you how)!
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.  We treat our members like family here.
• Oversee training and evaluation of your fellow The Little Gym team members.
• Collaborate with the Gym Director to lead a high performing team through training, development, and rewarding. 
• Assist the Gym Director with day-to-day operations.
