Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality, evidence-based individual, family, or specialized psychotherapy to a diverse caseload of children and/or adults in rural West Virginia.
Maintain timely, thorough, and compliant clinical documentation in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
Conduct clinical assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and regular progress evaluations.
Practice strictly within legal, ethical, and professional boundaries set by West Virginia licensing boards.
Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field required.
Licensure: Active, unencumbered West Virginia clinical license (LICSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist). Provisionally licensed clinicians actively pursuing full licensure will also be considered.
Experience: Demonstrated counseling/psychotherapy experience with a strong clinical interest in working with both children and adults.

Work Location Preference: Preference is given to local candidates seeking a Hybrid model (combining in-person office days with telehealth). Candidates seeking fully remote telehealth roles will be considered if they currently maintain an active remote caseload.
