Job Duties:

• Oversee crew members by giving proper instruction and delegating tasks.
• Review and become familiar with the project schedule.
• Meet project deadlines.
• Collaborate with management on manpower needs and scheduling.
• Enforce safety procedures.
• Report issues to appropriate person.
• Attend production meetings.
• Ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Previous experience running commercial concrete jobs.
• Must be able to read blueprints/drawings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
