About the Role:
HOME LINK INTERNATIONAL INC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician to join our growing team in Asbury, NJ. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings
• Collect accurate data on client progress and behavior targets during each session
• Communicate effectively with clients and families in both English and Spanish (or applicable second language)
• Assist in skill acquisition programs targeting communication, social, and adaptive behaviors
• Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support client goals

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other applicable language) required
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniques
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state and company compliance requirements
• Reliable transportation to travel to client locations in and around Asbury, NJ
