Schedule Details:
- 730am to 4pm
- Monday to Friday
- Some call required:
- call begins at 4pm
- weekends/holidays call begins 7am for 24 hours
- Level III Trauma Center
- NO Neuro Cases
All Requested Time Off due at time of submission
