Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,490 - $2,670
• Location: Allentown, PA 18103
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift Duration: 10-hour day shifts
• Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, daytime hours
• Hours per Week: 40
• Orientation: 32 hours
• On-Call: Required every 4 to 5 weekends
• Patient Population: Adolescents and adults
• Charting System: Epic experience required
• Unit Focus: Diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab, including structural heart and CTO cases

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath lab
• ARRT (R) certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Experience with structural heart, CTO, and complex cardiac procedures strongly preferred
• Proficiency with the Epic electronic medical record system required
• Experience with advanced cath lab equipment such as Impella, IABP, IVUS, Coroflow, Rotablator, and coronary/peripheral lithotripsy preferred
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary cardiac care team
• Open to first-time travelers with the required 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Support diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures in a busy Cath Lab environment
• Assist with structural heart and CTO cases using advanced cath lab technology and imaging support
• Prepare, set up, and maintain equipment and sterile fields for procedures
• Monitor patients during procedures and assist with hemodynamic assessment
• Circulate and scrub as needed to support safe, efficient workflow
• Perform EKG lead placement, prep access sites, and support vascular closure workflows
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality cardiovascular patient care
• Maintain readiness for on-call weekend coverage as assigned
