Recruiter

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to support high‐volume hiring needs in Mesa, AZ. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates while providing excellent service to both applicants and clients. Must be bilingual.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of high-volume recruitment experience
• College preferred
• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other sourcing platforms
• Experience conducting phone and in-person interviews, candidate screening, and evaluations
• Strong decision-making skills
• Confident, approachable, and strong people skills
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Sense of urgency and professional persistence
• Team-oriented
• Ability to work with little supervision and take ownership
• High-energy, can-do attitude
• Industry leadership experience
• Innovative and creative approach to recruiting
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, as necessary
• Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing — Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for open positions.
• Resume review — Evaluate resumes and identify qualified applicants.
• Interviewing — Conduct phone and in‐person interviews.
• Onboarding support — Assist with new‐hire paperwork and onboarding tasks.
• Candidate communication — Provide updates regarding job opportunities, schedules, and requirements.
• Applicant tracking — Maintain accurate candidate records and follow up with applicants.
• Client coordination — Work with clients and internal staff to understand staffing needs.
• Job postings — Assist with posting jobs and supporting recruiting initiatives.
• Customer service — Deliver excellent service to candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
