Retail Worker

We are looking for an organized and self motivated bilingual speaker that can help us create a welcoming store environment by assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. Working within a small team and reporting to the Store Manager, this position helps ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service in a retail setting. There are opportunities for promotion within the store for motivated individuals. There will be heavy lifting involved as well as loading/unloading merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
• Operate cash register and handle cashiering duties
• Stock shelves and manage inventory levels
• Implement merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Provide ongoing customer support and product knowledge
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in retail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service skills
• Cash handling experience
• Knowledge of inventory management and POS systems
• Merchandising familiarity
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
