Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Sales Execution: Develop and execute tailored sales strategies designed to meet and exceed revenue and margin targets.
• Prospecting & Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market research to identify new business opportunities, target verticals, and prospective key accounts.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both new and existing clients through proactive, high-touch account management.
• Outbound Engagement: Lead proactive inside outbound activities (calls, emails, virtual demos) to pitch company offerings to decision-makers.
• Field Sales & Deal Closure: Conduct outside client visits, product demonstrations, and face-to-face pitch meetings; skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable agreements.
• Cross-Department Alignment: Collaborate regularly with Customer Service and Technicians to manage and support existing clients and new clientele.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze key sales metrics, market trends, and pipeline data to adjust tactics, optimize conversion rates, and drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications & Core Competencies

• Proven track record in B2B inside and outside sales, meeting or exceeding quota metrics.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities through thorough market analysis and research.
• Collaborate with marketing to align sales effort with new and ongoing campaigns.
• Strong negotiation, contract closing, and consultative selling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills to balance desk work and field travel.
