Warehouse Coordinator (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Location: Haslet, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:00 PM (weekends as needed)
Pay: $23–$25/hr, based on experience

Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail‐oriented Bilingual Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations on the day shift. This role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, accurate data entry abilities, and comfort working in Google Sheets. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to support workflow, inventory accuracy, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Coordination — Support warehouse leads with shift organization, workflow updates, and task assignments.
• Data Entry — Enter inventory counts, production numbers, and shift updates into Google Sheets with accuracy.
• Inventory Support — Assist with cycle counts, stock checks, and tracking material movement.
• Communication — Communicate clearly with associates and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
• Documentation — Maintain logs, reports, and daily records to support operational accuracy.
• Workflow Assistance — Help ensure tasks are completed on time and escalate issues when needed.
• Weekend Support — Work weekends when business needs require additional coverage.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) — required.
• Experience entering and managing data in Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast‐paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable supporting both associates and leadership.
• Ability to lift, move, or handle materials as needed for warehouse operations.
