Pay: $21–$25 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Summary

A well-established industrial company in Mulberry, FL, is seeking an experienced Manual Machinist. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on machining experience and be comfortable operating manual lathes, mills, and drill presses. This position requires accuracy, attention to detail, and experience using micrometers.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual lathes, mills, and drill presses
• Machine, repair, and modify metal parts according to specifications
• Use micrometers and other precision measuring instruments
• Inspect completed parts for accuracy and quality
• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain proper measurements
• Read and follow work orders and basic technical instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of manual machining experience
• Experience operating lathes, mills, and drill presses
• Proficiency using micrometers
• Ability to perform precise measurements and basic shop math
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
• Ability to work a full-time Monday–Friday schedule
