3+ Yrs Skilled Industrial Sandblaster/Coater

Responsibilities

• Abrasive Blasting of tanks, pipe, and industrial equipment
• Surface Preparation to SSPC/NACE cleanliness and profile requirements
• Coating Application using primers, epoxies, urethanes, and topcoats
• Equipment Maintenance for blasting pots, hoses, nozzles, and spray systems
• Quality Control including mil‐thickness checks and adhesion verification
• Follow all Safety Procedures including PPE and respirator use
• Material handling and staging of components for blasting and coating
• Other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in sandblasting or industrial coating
• Knowledge of coating systems and surface prep standards
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in full PPE
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work in industrial/oilfield environments
