Experienced Truck Dispatcher - Flatbed / Reefer / Dry Van

CB Freight Inc. is looking for motivated and experienced Truck Dispatchers to join our growing team at our Schaumburg, IL office.

We are currently hiring for:

• Flatbed Dispatcher
• Reefer Dispatcher
• Dry Van Dispatcher

Responsibilities

• Book and negotiate loads with brokers and customers
• Plan efficient routes and maximize truck revenue
• Communicate with drivers throughout pickup and delivery
• Monitor driver availability and Hours of Service (HOS)
• Track loads and provide timely updates
• Resolve issues with brokers, customers, drivers, and facilities
• Maintain strong communication with the operations team
• Focus on RPM, utilization, and overall truck performance

Qualifications

• Previous truck dispatching experience required
• Experience with Flatbed, Reefer, or Dry Van operations preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and load boards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trucks
• Organized, responsible, and results-driven
• Strong English communication skills
