Position Overview

We are looking for friendly and outgoing Front of House Team Members to help create a welcoming experience for our guests. This is a versatile customer-facing position that may include greeting guests, assisting and directing customers, handling transactions, inventory restocking, answering customer questions, and supporting the overall flow of service.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and customers with friendly, attentive service
• Assist guests with questions about menu items, products, and services
• Operate the POS system and accurately process transactions
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked front-of-house areas
• Help maintain merchandise, displays, and customer areas when needed
• Complete opening, closing, and general cleaning responsibilities
• Available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Provide a warm and welcoming experience that reflects Enzo’s commitment to Italian hospitality

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly and comfortable interacting with customers
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to help wherever needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
