B & B Auto Collision is looking to hire a body man

• Damage Assessment: Inspect vehicles, review damage reports, and write cost estimates. [1, 2, 3]
• Structural Repair: Straighten bent frames, align chassis, and restore structural integrity using hydraulic equipment and measuring systems. [1, 2]
• Parts Removal and Replacement: Take off damaged bumpers, fenders, hoods, grilles, and trim, and install new or repaired panels. [1, 2]
• Body Work: Hammer out dents, apply and sand body filler (like Bondo), and weld replacement parts into position using MIG or other welding tools. [1, 2]
• Painting and Refinishing: Prime, sand, mask, and paint repaired surfaces to matc
