Position Overview:
We’re hiring a Special Event Sales Agent to represent our clients at retail locations and events. This role combines direct sales with setting up and managing eye-catching sales displays. You’ll play a key role in both attracting customers and delivering a great brand experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage customers and promote products/services at events and retail locations
- Set up and break down sales displays (kiosks, tables, signage, banners, premiums, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing setup
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales goals
- Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
- Communicate with store managers and on site event coordinators as needed
- Troubleshoot minor setup or customer issues on-site
- Work collaboratively with your team to ensure successful events
What We’re Looking For:
- No experience required – paid training provided
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Availability for weekends and flexible event schedules
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
