What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one tutoring in-home
• Personalize each session to the student's needs, pace, and goals
• Build confidence and strong study habits, not just better grades
• Keep simple session notes and communicate progress

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of your subject area(s)
• Patience, reliability, and genuine care for students
• Great communication with students and parents
• Previous tutoring, teaching, or mentoring experience is a plus (not required)
• Must pass a background check
• Bachelor’s degree
