We’re expanding our field sales team and looking for motivated, outgoing people to represent Astound Internet in neighborhoods across Bay Area. If you’re competitive, coachable, and enjoy talking to people, this is a chance to earn serious income without a sales degree or years of experience.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods and introduce residents to Astound Internet, TV, and mobile services
• Explain plans, pricing, and promotions in a clear, honest way
• Close sales at the door and schedule installations
• Track your activity and hit weekly performance goals

What You’ll Earn

• Guaranteed weekly base pay — $1,000/week while you build your book of business
• High, uncapped commission on every install
• Weekly pay, plus bonuses for hitting volume targets

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient attitude
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking your route
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• 18+ and able to pass a background check
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required — we train you
