A leading Logistics company in North Fort Worth is hiring for Customer Service-Accounts!

Shift: Monday – Friday 8a-5p

Pay: $20/hr

Hybrid position

                Monday & Friday- work from home

                Tues, Wed, Thurs- on site

Temp to Hire

Ideal Candidate will have:

• Must be confident in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Comfortable navigating technology
• Excellent in communicating
• Great organization and multitasking skills

Job Duties:

• Communicating with dispatch, drivers and vendors regarding daily assigned loads
• Obtain updated ETA’s for delivery of loads
• Ensure drivers are planned for pickup
• Heavy phone call and email communication
• Resolve any inquiries related to orders
• Tracking requests
