$20.00/hr to Start | $24.00/hr After 90 Days | Pension Plan + Full Benefits

This is a hands-on warehouse position offering consistent full-time hours, no weekend work, a guaranteed pay increase after 90 days, and an outstanding benefits package that includes a pension plan.

Pay & Schedule

1st Shift

• Monday through Friday
• 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No weekends

Compensation

• Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
• Increase to $24.00/hour after 90 days
• Weekly Pay

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity standards by safely handling, sorting, scanning, and processing 40+ boxes per hour while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Move, organize, and store boxes containing files, books, binders, backup tapes, and other materials
• Read labels and accurately locate inventory
• Utilize handheld scanners and proprietary computer systems to track inventory and orders
• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the facility
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, and other material-handling equipment
• Build, load, and shrink-wrap pallets for shipment
• Manually load boxes onto pallets and pallets onto trucks using material-handling aids
• Climb ladders as needed to retrieve inventory
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding warehouse position requiring continuous movement throughout the shift.

Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist
• Repeatedly lift and carry boxes weighing 20-30 lbs.
• Regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 100 lbs. without assistance
• Perform warehouse work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish Required
• Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, production, or distribution experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Dependable work ethic and excellent attendance record
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
