Uncle Ike’s is looking for motivated, dependable, and hardworking Full-Time Line Cooks to join our fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. If you take pride in preparing quality food, thrive under pressure, and enjoy working with a strong team, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Properly stock, rotate, and label food products.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely ticket completion.
• Assist with prep work, cleaning, and closing duties as needed.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or line cook experience preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays during peak season.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
