Materials Coordinator

Job Overview: 
Location: Bristol, IN
Schedule: Approximately 6:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday
Pay: $23-$25/hour, depending on experience

• Create and maintain purchase orders within the TCM WorkWise MRP system.
• Process indirect purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding order acknowledgments, delivery schedules, and open orders.
• Review expedite reports and coordinate with suppliers to secure materials needed for production.
• Communicate order status updates, delivery concerns, and supplier issues to the Materials team.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and system data.
• Support additional purchasing and materials functions as needed.

• TCM WorkWise MRP
• Microsoft Outlook
• Microsoft Excel

• Previous experience in purchasing, materials, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on deadlines.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with MRP or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with suppliers and internal teams.
