About the Role

We are hiring an Industrial Masonry Apprentice to join our team based out of Liberty, MO. This is a hands-on, skilled-trade position focused on building and maintaining industrial structures — including furnaces, kilns, and factory installations — using specialty materials such as refractory mortar and reinforced concrete.

Previous experience in masonry, concrete, or foundation work is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Some welding experience is required.

Pay & Schedule

• $24.00 per hour
• Full-time schedule combining part-time local work with part-time travel (approximately 15 days per month traveling)
• 12-hour workdays while traveling
• Significant overtime opportunities
• All travel expenses covered, including transportation, lodging, and meal per diem
• Based at the Liberty, MO facility when not traveling

Responsibilities

• Prepare materials for masonry and construction work
• Lay out and set masonry units
• Apply mortar and finish surfaces
• Assist with the construction, repair, installation, and maintenance of industrial structures (furnaces, kilns, factories)
• Maintain structural integrity and uphold safety standards on every job

Qualifications

• Strong, demonstrated work ethic
• Some welding experience required
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Must reside within 50 miles of Liberty, MO
