Housekeeper

Housekeeper wanted for Boutique Inn

We're looking for a part-time housekeeper to join housekeeping team at Island Cottage Inn, a high-end, adult-only 9 - room inn located on the ocean.

Details:

• Hours: up to 30 hours weekly depending on bookings (4-6 hours per day)
• Must be available weekends and holidays

Job Summary

• Cleans and maintains facility appearance.
• Cleans and maintains 9 room boutique Inn

General Accountabilities

• Mops, dusts, vacuums and removes trash common areas, bathroom and cafe.
• Keeps public access areas clean and maintains them according to employer standards.
• Keeps housekeeping storage room in a neat and organized fashion.
• Reports any maintenance concerns or repairs to innkeepers.
• Provides assistance to other staff members as needed.

Job Qualifications

• Experience: 2 years+ work-related experience
• Works independently 
• Reliability and punctuality
• Works in a fast pace and must be detailed oriented 
• Ability to lift 20 lbs. and comfortably navigate stairs
• Must have friendly and outgoing personality 
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• Excellent pay based on experience

We're a Boutique Inn - Adult Only with 9 suites on the ocean.
