Position Description

The HR/Operational Assistant will serve as a front-facing representative for customers, employees, and visitors while providing administrative and Human Resources support. The role requires a friendly, outgoing, organized professional who can effectively multitask and manage changing priorities. Responsibilities include front desk reception, greeting visitors, answering calls, scanning and distributing mail, coordinating meetings and conference rooms, preparing presentations and reports, maintaining employee ID badges, supporting emergency response activities, and assisting with various plant administrative needs.

  • Candidate interview scheduling and onboarding support
  • Employee ID badge and timekeeping system administration
  • Meeting, training, and event coordination
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments


Experience Required

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Intern role preferred
• Experience providing administrative or front desk support
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience supporting employee onboarding, interview scheduling, employee records, or HR-related activities preferred
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and complete assignments with limited supervision.


Education Required

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Human Resources preferred
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
