Position: General Warehouse Associate – 1st shift.
Location: Etna, OH
Pay Rate: $17.00–$18.00 per hour, depending on assignment
Shift: 1st and 2nd shift.
Schedule: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
As a General Warehouse Associate, you may be responsible for:
- Picking products accurately using order lists, iPads, and scanners
- Packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
- Inspecting products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Counting and verifying inventory
- Identifying and reporting inventory discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Working as part of a team to meet daily production goals
- Performing other general warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Must be able to read and write English
- Basic math and computer skills required
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable using scanners, iPads, or other warehouse technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
This is an active warehouse position. Candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Bend, reach, and move throughout the warehouse
- Lift and move products as required
- Work an 8–10+ hour shift while remaining active
- Follow all workplace safety requirements
