Construction PM/Super - Commercial & Residential Restoration

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager/Superintendent - Commercial & Residential Restoration to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Review Insurance Estimate and scope with customer
• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
• Interface with contractors, internal employees, and clients
• Negotiate with tradesmen to receive reasonable project costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Perform regular Quality Assurance checks on all projects
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Collect deductible and insurance funds on a draw system from clients
• Prepare paperwork for any Change of Work order requests or supplements needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Pass an extensive background check
