**Travel CT Technologist | Massachusetts**
**Location:** Gardner, MA
**13-Week Contract | 40 Hours/Week**

### Position Overview
Seeking an experienced **CT Technologist** to perform high-quality CT examinations, operate CT imaging equipment, administer contrast, position patients, and ensure accurate diagnostic imaging while maintaining excellent patient care and radiation safety standards.

### Requirements
* Active **Massachusetts DPH Radiology License**
* **ARRT(R)** required
* **ARRT(CT)** required/preferred per department requirements
* Minimum **3 years of relevant experience**
* At least **1 year of CT experience**
* Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
* Previous CT scanning experience required
* Toshiba CT Scanner experience is a plus
* **Meditech EMR** experience preferred
* Strong patient care, communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

### Key Responsibilities
* Perform diagnostic CT examinations according to physician orders and protocols
* Operate CT scanners and select appropriate technical factors
* Properly position patients for optimal image quality
* Administer and monitor contrast injection procedures
* Review orders and clinical history for accuracy
* Evaluate images for diagnostic quality and required anatomy
* Enter patient information, orders, and charges accurately
* Maintain radiation safety and infection-control standards
* Provide compassionate care while maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
* Respond appropriately to emergency situations
* Maintain a clean, safe environment for patients and staff
* Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

### Schedule
* **40 hours/week**
* Days & evening shifts
* Rotating weekends
* Holiday coverage required
* **13-week assignment**
