• Coverage: Bi-campus support within the same hospital system

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of interventional radiology experience required
• ARRT-R certification required
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work in a travel assignment setting
• Active Connecticut radiology license must be in place prior to start; pending license may be accepted if it will be active on time
• Strong clinical adaptability with bi-campus coverage
• Level I trauma experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of interventional radiology procedures in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Assist with thrombectomy, TIPS, venous access, embolization, ablations, and other vascular/interventional cases
• Prepare patients, set up equipment, and maintain a sterile field throughout procedures
• Operate and manage specialized imaging and procedure equipment with attention to safety and quality
• Assist with access site prep, line care, and post-processing of images as needed
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the care team to deliver efficient, compassionate patient care
• Document accurately in Epic and maintain strong workflow organization across both campuses
