Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Outpatient Rehab
Greer, South Carolina
We are seeking a Travel Physical Therapist Assistant for an outpatient rehab contract in Greer, South Carolina. This opportunity is a great fit for a PTA who enjoys hands-on patient care in a clinic setting while helping patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall independence.
Position Highlights

- Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Located between Greenville and Spartanburg
- Billing cycle is weekly
- 30-minute parking provided during first day info
Responsibilities
- Carry out treatment plans established by the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercise, gait training, balance activities, mobility training, and functional strengthening.
- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, safety techniques, and proper body mechanics.
- Complete timely documentation and progress notes.
- Collaborate with the outpatient rehab team to support patient outcomes.
Requirements
- South Carolina PTA license required.
- Must have South Carolina permanent license.
- Compact license is not accepted for this role.
- BLS required.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- Candidate may need to complete additional clearance/documentation before starting.
