Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a Physical Therapist for a Critical Access Hospital travel assignment in Alma, Nebraska.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys variety and working across multiple levels of care. Rather than spending your entire assignment in one setting, you'll treat patients across Inpatient Acute Care, Swing Bed/Skilled Rehabilitation, and Outpatient Therapy, depending on the hospital's needs.
Working within a smaller Critical Access Hospital also gives you the opportunity to play an important role on the rehabilitation team, build relationships with your patients, and collaborate closely with other disciplines throughout the continuum of care.

What You'll Do
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients across the hospital's Inpatient, Swing Bed, and Outpatient programs.
Responsibilities may include evaluations and reassessments, individualized treatment planning, gait and transfer training, strengthening, balance and mobility interventions, post-operative rehabilitation, therapeutic exercise, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning.
You'll collaborate with physicians, nursing, OT, SLP, case management, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Nebraska PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLS certification
- Strong evaluation and treatment skills
- Comfortable treating patients across multiple settings
- Hospital, inpatient, swing bed, or outpatient experience preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
