We’re looking for an experienced, motivated Restaurant General Manager to join our Dave’s Hot Chicken team!

 WHAT YOU’LL DO

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including:

· Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team

· Create an outstanding guest experience every day

· Ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service standards are consistently met

· Manage daily restaurant operations and shift execution

· Hire, train, develop, and retain great team members

· Hold the team accountable to company standards and expectations

· Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses

· Drive sales and profitability through strong operational execution

· Monitor restaurant cleanliness and ensure all areas meet company standards

· Ensure proper cash handling and loss-prevention procedures

· Complete required administrative and operational tasks accurately and on time

· Build a positive, respectful, and accountable restaurant culture

· Lead by example and be willing to work alongside the team when needed

• Has 5+ years of restaurant management experience
• Has experience leading and developing a team
• Understands restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, and inventory
• Is highly organized and follows through on commitments
• Has strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Can hold people accountable while maintaining a positive team environment
• Leads with urgency, energy, and a sense of ownership
• Understands that great restaurants are built by great people
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Has a strong commitment to food safety and cleanliness
