Our client, an industry-leading construction and manufacturing organization is seeking an Assembler to join their team. As an Assembler, you will be part of the production department supporting the assembly line. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler

Location: Garfield, MN

Pay Range: $20.50

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00am-4:30pm | Monday-Thursday

What's the Job?

• Assemble truss components by positioning and fastening parts together
• Place metal plates to secure boards and ensure structural integrity
• Cut materials to specified measurements as needed
• Inspect products and remove defective components from production
• Operate machines for fastening, fitting, or assembly operations

What's Needed?

• No formal education or experience required
• Experience in carpentry or construction preferred
• Ability to read and follow simple instructions and communicate effectively
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and read a tape measure
• Ability to work flexible hours including overtime as needed
