Overview

Level Up Sourcing LLC is seeking experienced Blow Molder Operators for a plastics manufacturing facility in Fort Worth.

In this hands-on position, you will operate, monitor, and adjust blow-molding equipment to maintain product quality and production efficiency. Candidates must have previous plastics manufacturing and machine-operating experience. Previous blow-molding experience is preferred.

This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blow-molding machines and related auxiliary equipment
• Adjust machine weights, settings, temperatures, pressures, speeds, and cycle parameters to maintain product specifications
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, and product changeovers
• Monitor production output and make necessary adjustments to maintain efficiency and reduce waste
• Troubleshoot machine and production issues to minimize downtime
• Inspect finished products for defects, proper weight, dimensions, appearance, and overall quality
• Accurately use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to verify product specifications
• Remove or separate products that do not meet quality standards
• Read and follow production schedules, work orders, product specifications, and quality requirements
• Record production counts, machine settings, quality results, downtime, and other required information accurately
• Communicate equipment problems and production concerns to supervisors and maintenance personnel
• Assist with basic machine cleaning and routine operator-level maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures, manufacturing guidelines, and supervisor instructions

Qualifications

• Previous plastics manufacturing experience is required
• Previous machine-operating experience is required
• Previous blow-molding experience is preferred
• Experience adjusting machine weights, settings, or production parameters is preferred
• Proficiency using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Ability to accurately read and record measurements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to identify product defects and make appropriate machine adjustments
• Knowledge of PLC systems and machine controls is preferred
• Ability to read and follow production specifications and work instructions
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable attendance, punctuality, and reliable transportation
• Ability to work overtime as needed

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to perform repetitive production tasks
• Ability to work around moving machinery and manufacturing equipment
• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
