What You'll Do:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to design and lead HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial building projects. You will work collaboratively with architects, engineers, designers, and clients to develop efficient, practical, and technically sound building systems.
- Develop HVAC and plumbing system concepts, design options, and technical solutions
- Lead the engineering and design of mechanical building systems from concept through construction
- Produce and oversee construction documents, calculations, specifications, and project documentation
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to designers and other team members
- Coordinate mechanical systems with architectural, structural, electrical, and other design disciplines
- Participate in construction administration and respond to project-related questions during construction
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and consistency throughout project documentation
About You:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
- Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
- 4+ years of experience designing HVAC and/or plumbing systems for commercial buildings
- Strong understanding of mechanical building systems, codes, and industry standards
- Proficiency with Revit and/or AutoCAD
- Ability to lead projects, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders
